- [Instructor] While the technical questions of the interview are designed to find out what you know, the non-technical questions are designed to find out who you are and how you'll fit, and it would be a big mistake to think that the non-technical questions are any less important. In fact, you'll need to prepare for the non-technical questions with the same urgency as for the technical questions and because there's a high probability you'll be asked at least some commonly asked questions, it's relatively easy to prepare. The responses you give to many of the non-technical questions will fall into a couple buckets of information the interviewer is after. They'll want to know about you, where you've been and how you came to them. Few jobs are solitary, so it will be important to figure out if you play well with others and fit the company culture.
