Understanding the interface

In this tutorial, we're going to take a look at the interface in SpeedGrade. If you're used to Adobe applications, you know that the interface is pretty standard. Even from Photoshop to something like Premiere, the interface is similar enough that you can kind of tell what's going on. But SpeedGrade, being a newly acquired app, is a little inconsistent with that, and maybe a little foreign to get used to. So, we're just going to look at the interface here. And when you first start out, you're presented with a Browser View, and this is called the Desktop. And everything above this line here, actually above this little navigation timeline is that little Desktop View that's used for browsing for files. Now, I have here this folder called Scarlet Test. You won't have this cuz this is a huge folder, many, many gigabytes. So, you won't have this, so feel free to use any footage you have on your computer in lieu of this.
