Adding audio tracks
- The timeline in Storyboard Pro works much like most other non-linear editors. When you start a new file you'll have one storyboard track, which is just like a video track, and one default audio track. And depending on the needs of your project you may need to add more audio tracks. Now in this software you can only have one storyboard track, but then again you only need one because any overlays or motion is actually done with the layers in your actual individual drawings. And all the transitions are done on one layer in-between your different sequences or scenes. Now I'll cover transitions in another movie, but you can have as many audio layers as you want. And you'll often need more and more layers if you've got lots of sound effects and music and you're actually unlimited in how many audio layers you can have.
