Import images and audio from a library

So, you have saved layers into your library. And you have dragged those elements back into your program to work. So, let's see how else you can make use of the library and the elements that are in it. So, I have got a project... In fact, let's play with this just for a moment. I want to add a new blank shot here. I've got a project that I have mentioned; that I need to draw a 1963 Thunderbird car. Let me drag this image in right from the library. It will default as the top layer, and it pops up right here full-screen. I actually want it to be a little bit closer than this. So, I'm going to click on the corner, and I am going to hold down my shift key, so it gets larger without distorting the look of the image. I am going to move it around, that looks good. I am actually going to drag this down. Down low, and I am going to lower the opacity on it, so I can see what I am doing. Now I could draw this car, but it is going to take me a while.
