- [Instructor] If you've edited your audio to perfection, say maybe for an audio layer of music, and you don't want the timing between your audio clips to change, you can lock any audio layer. So let's take a look. So right now, you can see I've got three layers of audio on this one panel. And if I extend this panel, notice everything after it changed. It shifted down the timeline. I'm going to Control-Z out of that. Let's say that this layer here, I don't want anything to shift or change because all the sound effects are exactly how I want 'em. Well, I can lock it just by clicking this little open lock. When I click on that, notice it's a closed lock and then you get this crosshatching across the layer. Now, I can't move anything in it. I can't select any clip. But if I make an edit to my timeline of my panels, it also does not affect any of the audio clips on that layer. I'm going to Control-Z out of that. Now I can…
