- [Instructor] When you're laying out objects on your slides like images or shapes, it's important to make sure they are evenly aligned and distributed. For example, we have these three images here which we need to align and distribute. To do that, start by holding the shift key on the keyboard and select all three images. Now that we have the images selected, we'll click on the arrange dropdown from the home tab in the ribbon, and navigate to the align option. From here, we can use these options to align our images, and these options here to distribute them. To start, we'll go ahead and select this option to align our images to the middle. Now that our images are aligned to evenly distribute them, let's return to the arrange dropdown, and from the align option, we'll select this option to evenly distribute our images horizontally.
