- [Instructor] In this movie we'll dynamically change the state of Lily, well, it's not really Lily, right, it's actually Lily, Andrew, Shannon, and Amber. We'll dynamically change this character state based on the value of the variable. So, first I want to cut this character to the clipboard, and let's add a new slide right here, so just right-click, Basic Layouts, and Blank. Right, and I'll paste her right there, on the slide. Okay, jump back up here, to the first slide, this is where we're setting the value of the variable, right, so depending on the character that we select, that value for Character variable will be set, when we come back into this slide we want to dynamically change her to one of those four custom states. So here's how this works. We need a trigger. When we're working with triggers we're always asking ourselves, what is it we want to do and when do we want to do it.
