Hotspots
- [Narrator] Hotspots are another interactive object you'll want to keep close in your toolkit. And that's because they work a lot like buttons, in that you can assign triggers to them, make them show layers, which is what we're doing here, jump to new slides, and do pretty much everything a trigger can do. The difference here is that the hotspots are invisible buttons. Notice how as we click around this image, there's really no indication that any of these objects is clickable, until we mouse over it and we see the cursor change. So, let's take a look at this very popular interactive object. So here, on this starting slide, we're just working with this image we got from Content Library, and I want to add a hotspot over these images to create a explorable image. So let's do that by going up to the Insert tab, Interactive Objects, Hotspot, and you can see they come in three flavors, free-form, rectangle, and oval.
