Images are an easy way to create visual interest, which, if you've been following along, know is a best practice of ours. Let me show you a few moves I do all the time when it comes to inserting and formatting images. I'm going to use this 50-50 layout to present some information on the future of hydroelectric power. To create some visual interest, I want an image on the right half here. So the first thing I'm going to do is turn on our grid 'cause I want that 50-50 layout. So right click off slide, Grid and Guides, display grid on screen. Now let's go get our image. The keyboard shortcut would be Control + J, but let's go the long way.
