- [Instructor] If you want to build quality elearning, you're going to need some quality tools and resources. So let me give you a few recommendation that will fit your interests and expertise. The simplest way to get started is to record a presentation of someone delivering content, say on a webinar or conference call, download the presentation as video, and then add an online quiz. If you have access to an elearning authoring tool, a few of which I'll discuss in a moment, you could open a new file, insert the video, and then build a quiz. If you don't have a comprehensive tool, that's okay. You could upload the video to a shared drive or any online space that learners can access and place a link to the quiz near the video.
