- [Instructor] Now hopefully your head isn't spinning too much at this point, although we will need to push ourselves a little bit more in this exercise in connection with the use of logic in functions. You see so far, we've been letting Substance Designer randomize the position option that we have been working with, which is okay, but what we want to do now is look at giving the user control over the final sizes for our blades of grass. Now, ideally, we do still want this to be somewhat random, which means we need to create some logic that tells the designer to randomly pick a value that exists between the upper and lower boundaries that we set. I have chosen to this to the scale parameter here because just like position, it uses x and y values as input. So, things get a little more interesting because we will need to set up a min and max range for both and then store that information in a single node.
