How to use Atomic Nodes efficiently
- [Instructor] Atomic nodes are essentially the bricks that we use in order to build up the structure of our materials and textures, which of course means that we are going to be using them extensively. And so knowing how to use them efficiently is going to be an essential part of our material building skills. First of all then, we can quickly add nodes to our graph by finding the one that we want to use in our library. In our case, we will click on the Pattern section here, because usually when right at the start of creating a material, we're going to want to build up the base shapes, our patterns first, and then augment and manipulate them to better mimic the final results that we want to achieve. So, let's click and drag on the brick generator node in order to place it in our work area where we can then continue to click and drag which allows us to move the nodes around in the graph view and place them wherever we like.…
