3-point coordinate setup
- The three point coordinate button is a great way to set up a coordinate system. It will create a coordinate system based on clicking on three different trackers. Let's go over to the Coordinates tab, click on Coordinates, let's change this to Quad, and over here you can see this little button here that has an asterisk three, we're going to click on that. And once we click on that button, you see it says OR, so the first tracker we pick is going to be the origin. So let's take a look at this. I'm going to use that as the origin. What I'm trying to do is line up with this sidewalk. So the next one would be LR, which is left to right. So I'm going to click on this tracker. And I think that makes a good, square axis. And we're going to use this one here as the last one. This button says PL, and that's plane, so this will be the Z X plane, or the ground plane. So I'm going to click that one. And so now we've clicked three points, and it says, Apply coordinate system, and Yes, we do. So…
