- Once we have our coordinate system set up, we can add test objects to the scene to check for placement and scale. So let's head over to the 3-D tab if you're not already there. And on the left-hand side, if we click on this drop-down box, we can see all the different objects that we can add to our scene. We can even import objects if we want. So I'm going to start by adding a Earthling to the scene, and the reason I want to add the Earthling is because I can scale him to real-world size and use that to check the scale of our scene. So making sure this little magic wand tool is active, let's place our guy in here. I'm just going to click once, and that'll place the object, and then once you start to drag your mouse, it'll start to scale it. And the scale we want for this guy is 185 centimeters about, so try to get it around 185. You finish off by click one more time, and then it'll stop. So I'm using this overall scale to get it to about 185. We'll turn that off, so making objects is…
