- Now that we have everything set up we are ready to do our first auto track. Head over to the summary panel if you're not already there. And go down to this big green button that says auto. And click on auto. SynthEyes will start computing the blips. This is SynthEyes' way of tracking features in the shot. Now the solve window comes up, and you can see all the info about the auto tracking that SynthEyes has done. When it's finished, go over to OK, press OK. And now let's take a look at what SynthEyes has done. Let's head over to the solver tab, if you're not already there. I'll put this into camera view, and explain a little bit about what SynthEyes has done. Now if we look closely here by zooming in with the middle mouse, you can see we have these green diamonds and yellow x's. The green diamonds are the 2-D tracking calculations that SynthEyes has done, the yellow x's are the 3-D calculations from the solve.
