Setting up roto for cameras and objects
- Let's take a look at adding roto shapes in SynthEyes. Let's head over to the Roto Masking and in this shot we're gonna have a moving object and then we needed a spline to separate out this box from the rest of the scene. So before we add our shape we're gonna need to add a moving object. And we will be going over this in the later video but for now just go up to Shot, Add Moving Object and now we're ready to add our spline. So I'm going to use the box tool or the square, square spline to make a shape around the box. So once that's active just click and drag in the scene to create your shape. And you can hover over these control points to move them into position by clicking and dragging. As you can see we need a couple extra points, so if you hold down the shift key and roll over the line you can see that plus, and just click and you'll add an extra point. And we'll need another one down here. And we'll grab those control points and move them in the position. Now we don't want it to…
