- [Voiceover] Hi, this is Brian Morse, and welcome to SynthEyes Essential Training. SynthEyes is a popular 3D tracking software that is used in film and commercials all over the world. It can be used for everything from complex camera moves to object tracking. In this course, we'll go over using SynthEyes to help create an accurate 3D camera solve. We'll go over the most important features from understanding the concepts behind 3D tracking to solving and exporting to our animation package. We will start with some concepts first about how cameras work and what 3D tracking is. Next we will do a quick start section that will go through the entire 3D tracking workflow from start to finish, so you can get up and running quickly. Then we will step through the essential tools in SynthEyes, one-by-one, and explain them in-depth. We'll cover everything from analyzing your shot and working with lens distortion, to object tracking and exporting. By the end of the course, you should have a deeper understanding of SynthEyes and 3D tracking. So let's get started.
