- [Instructor] Let's look at some troubleshooting techniques to find out why a client agent would not get pushed out and installed on the client itself. We can see here, we've got four clients that have reported in and they have the client agents installed. We see the unknown computers that are, by default, installed with SCC, and they're never going to be clients, so we don't have to worry about those. Then we see four other computers that say no, they're not clients, and that's because these particular servers have not been booted since we've installed System Center Configuration Manager. But there's lots of reasons why the agent may not get installed to the client, so let's look at some of the more common ones. First, we're going to go into administration, and then we'll go to our sites, and then our servers and site system roles. And we want to focus on a couple of different areas.
