Adding, duplicating, and renaming worksheets
- [Instructor] Tableau workbooks store your data on worksheets. Each worksheet can contain a visualization, or it could perhaps contain a dashboard. In this movie, I will show you how to add, duplicate, and rename worksheets. My sample file is the manage worksheets workbook, and you can find it in the chapter three folder of your exercise files collection. At present, this workbook contains only one worksheet, and you can see that here in the bottom left corner on the sheet tab bar. You'll see that there is a worksheet named sheet one, and then there are three buttons to the right of it. The first of these buttons, which has a plus sign with what looks like a visualization, is the new worksheet button. If you want to add a worksheet, you can just click that, and a blank worksheet appears. You can do the same thing from the menu system by clicking worksheet, and then new worksheet. And you can see here that the keyboard shortcut to create a new worksheet is control M. If you want to…
