Solution 1: Connecting files and configuring data inputs

(bright music) - [Instructor] Here's a solution for the first challenge in this course. If you want to find the solution to this challenge, you can find it in the solutions folder called solution one. So first let's connect to the July week one data. This is in our data folder. It's a CSV file, so we need to click on text file. And there's week one. We open that and Prep successfully imports it for us. Now I want to add in the other two files. For that, we're going to need to wildcard union. This is under the Multiple Files tab, and we click on wildcard union. Now Prep's identified several CSV files, so I need to use the pattern matching only to pick up the flight data. So I will type in July and use the asterisk, and I can see that Prep has now only found the three files I'm interested in. We do Apply, it pulls those in, and now I can see all of the columns in my data. Now I've got 15 in here, but I don't want all of them, so I'm going to scroll down to the bottom, and I don't want…
