Use logical and comparison operators in calculations

- [Instructor] Some calculations find the sum or average of a set of values, while others check whether a value or summary is less than, greater than, or equal to another value. In this movie, I will show you how to use comparison and logical operators to evaluate expressions and return the appropriate results based on those tests. So what comparison operators can you use? I'm sure most of them will be familiar. If you want to test whether two quantities are equal to each other or the same as each other, then you can use either a single equal sign or a double equal sign. In some programming languages, such as C for example, the double equal sign and the single equal sign do different things, but in this case, it's just a test for equality. Next, you can also test whether a value is greater than or less than another value. For greater than, you have a horizontal wedge pointing to the right, and for less than, the wedge is pointing to the left. So for example, you could check to see if…
