Tableau Visualizations let you gain insights into your data by looking for patterns within the values. In this movie, I will show you how to create a scatterplot, to which we can later add an R routine that will identify outliers within the data. My sample file is zero four zero three scatter, and that is a Tableau packaged workbook that you can find in the chapter four folder of the exercise files collection. I have already brought in data from the profitdata.excelsx Excel file so I can create my vis from here. I'll start by adding profit percentage to the Rows shelf. So, I'll drag that up there. And, I'm more concerned about profit percentage than actual profit because the actual profit from a sale will be very strongly driven by the amount of the product that we're selling.
