- [INSTRUCTOR] In previous lessons, you learn how to use the getting things done or GTD system to start organizing all of your daily and weekly tasks more efficiently. But inevitably no matter how organized you are, life gets in the way tasks pile up, projects get disorganized, context get confusing. The final and most important step of the GTD process is the review process, which I'm going to walk you through briefly in this lesson using OmniFocus. And we're back here with the previous tasks that we set up in our earlier lessons where we have all of our various contexts broken down by the type of tasks that you would do as an editor. We still have our projects with our various TV episodes, episode 105, 6 & 7. We have our project that we call Trailer B, we have something miscellaneous, we have something on our Sunday maybe list and we have some of our single actions or errands.
