- [Instructor] For many brands, it can be extremely valuable to connect on Twitter with their colleagues, customers and even prospects. This not only lets them know that you're on Twitter, but also allows you to join in on any conversations that your customers or prospects are already having. It can be time-consuming trying to discover the Twitter handles for all your contacts manually. So Twitter has developed a sync tool that helps you match your contacts from your address book, either via email or your mobile phone to their Twitter handles on Twitter. You'll only be able to find the follow contacts that have opted in to allow others to find them this way, but it can be a pretty good match rate. This might be also a feature you decide to opt in for others so they can find you on Twitter as well.
