- [Instructor] In this chapter, we are going to build an AR furniture app where the user can place virtual furniture models in his environment. Unlike all the AR apps that we have dealt with previously, the virtual 3D models won't be present inside the app initially. The user will have to download them from a remote storage into the app and then place the models in his environment. This will significantly reduce the initial app size. Moving on, we'll add a functionality where the user can tap on a particular furniture model, select it, and perform certain actions such as deletion and rotation on that particular furniture model. The concepts I'm going to teach in this chapter are very important and are used extensively when you develop professional and scalable AR apps. So let's get started.
