Different types of lightning

- [Instructor] In this video, we are going to talk about point lights, spot lights and directional lights. Let's start with point lights. A point light object, as the name suggests, is located at a point in space and sends the light out in all directions equally. It basically behaves like sun. The intensity diminishes with distance from the light and it follows the inverse square law, which says that intensity of the light is inversely proportional to the square of distance from the light source. So at point A, the intensity will be much higher as compared to the intensity of the light at point B. And this is similar to how light behaves in the real world. So let's see it in action inside Unity. First, let's enable the car object so that we can see the light on it. So I'll just enable this and now let's create a point light. So right click in the hierarchy, go to Light, and create a Point Light. Reset the light…
