Setting up HTC VIVE for VR
- Hi, I'm George Maestri. If you want to use VR in Unity, you may have to install some plugins, and set some stuff up. So, let's take a look at how to do that. Now I'm using the HTC Vive VR System. So, I need to set this up using Steam. Now Steam will work for a lot of other types of VR. So, let's take a look at how to install that. So first thing I wannna do is go to the Unity Asset Store, and then search for Steam VR. And if I scroll down, you'll see that there's one here from Valve Corporation. If you click on that, it will give you an option to add to your assets. And then you can open it in Unity. Now, I already have this installed in Unity, but you will find this Steam VR plugin. So you can hit the download button if you haven't already downloaded it. Now once you've downloaded it, you can press this Import button. Now the download and the import may take a while, so go ahead and do that if you need to do…
