What you should know
- [Instructor] Before we get started, let's see what are the prerequisites. I'm assuming that you have some experience with programming, preferably an object-oriented language such as C#. If you don't know any programming language, you can watch some basic C# courses on LinkedIn Learning. To create AR apps, you will need either a Mac or a Windows computer. To test the AR app, you will need an AR-compatible iOS or Android device. These are the AR-compatible iOS devices. To check AR-compatible Android devices, search AR core compatible devices. Click on the first link. And here you will find list of all the AR-compatible Android devices. If you have a Mac, you can create apps for both iOS and Android devices. If you have a Windows computer, you can create apps for Android devices. This is because to deploy an app on iOS device, we need a software called Xcode, which is only available for macOS.
