Add materials to your scene

- [Instructor] As we start to take materials that we are creating and apply them to objects that are already in the scene, there's a few different ways to accomplish this. The most straightforward is to simply grab the material and drag it onto an object. That's very convenient and we can see in the scene what we're affecting which is helpful, but in architecture, there's so many repeated elements, it can be helpful to apply materials to many different objects at once. So let's say we want to change all of these doors at the same time. And we select them. When we go over here to the inspector, we can see that instead of having a single material on an object, items exported from Revit often have multiple materials applied to the same object. This is the case when you have walls with multiple layers or when you have component families like this that have multiple objects within them and multiple materials on those objects. Once those come into unity, they're just seen as one game…
