- [Instructor] Now let's start getting this scene set up better with lighting. For this scene, since we're not going outside, I'm gonna leave it with the default skybox. If you do want a more realistic or more exciting skybox than this default, there are many available in the asset store, some paid, some free. Make sure that you get one that is HDR, because that helps it contribute more accurately to how the skybox lights the scene. I'm gonna take our directional light. For clarity, I'm gonna rename that sun. And add that to the sun source. Most of this, I'm gonna leave at default for now. And down here on the lightmap settings, ambient occlusion and final gather are both very important for a final light bake, but they add so much time to the bake time, I like to leave those off until I get the scene generally lit the way that I want, and then we can add those in. Ambient occlusion adds those little shadows that appear in corners to give a scene depth and to make it feel more real…
