- [Instructor] When you build architectural visualization projects here inside Unity, or for any realtime render system, you need to have optimization at the front of your mind. These are the steps that we can perform to make the workload for Unity much, much lighter. This is really important for getting the best visual results that you can. That's why in this movie I want to get started on optimization, so that further along the line, when we create materials and lighting, things are going to be so much easier for us. In this movie, I'm going to to focus on occlusion culling, and I'll show you how to set that up. To get started with occlusion culling, what I need to do is to create a new and empty object here inside the scene.
