Combine animations in Maya
- [Instructor] So now we have our animated stem, and we want to bring our flower into this animation so the blend shade and the rig geometry are all working in concert together as one asset that we can bring into Unreal Engine. So let's scrub our time line here, we see we have our stem growing, excellent, all good, let's go to Frame 1,050, which was the last frame of this animation, and I'm going to turn on the Flower Closed and Open in the Outliner, Shift + H to show them. Now if I scrub, you can see that these aren't attached to the stem yet, because there's no parenting that's gone on, we have to do a little bit of work to make this all happen together. Go back to 1,050, what we want to do first, is to do a little bit of technical setup, is we need to make sure that our flower elements are properly in world space.
