Installing Unreal Engine - Unreal Engine Tutorial
From the course: Unreal Essential Training (2019)
Installing Unreal Engine
- [Instructor] Now that you have the launcher installed and know your way around, it's time to download and install Unreal Engine 4. For this recording, we're going to be using 4.23.0, but feel free to install the latest engine version available. Now, since we already have the correct version installed, I'm going to download an older one to show you the full install process. You do that by clicking the yellow plus sign here. It will automatically suggest the latest uninstalled version, but you can also select the dropdown here to select an older version if you want. Once you have the one you want, simply click the yellow Install button and then browse to select a location to install. You can also manage older engine versions here and delete them by simply hovering over the engine and then clicking the little X that appears in the top left corner here.
