- [Instructor] This is what an empty level looks like. Not very interesting. To make things a little bit more comfortable for us as we work, let's set up a basic environment and lighting so that we have something to look at while we plan out the scene. First, let's add a sun. To do that, let's head to the modes panel and go to lights. Let's drag in a directional light. And you can just drop it anywhere. We'll also need a sky. Head to the content browser and search sky. So we have a few different materials that have a sky-like texture on them. Now, before we can use that let's drop in a sphere into our scene that we can apply it to. Needs to be a little bit bigger than that. So let's lock the scale and set it to 1,000. Now, when we drag and drop this sky sphere right into the material slot, we get something nice and interesting. And now as we add in our scene, we'll have a nice backdrop to work with. And now that we…
