Preparing and exporting your geometry as an FBX file in Maya 2016: Update

- [Instructor] When we initially recorded this course, we were on Cinema 4D R17, and at that point we had a special FBX export plugin that was a third party product, that allowed us to have a few more options with exporting FBX's out of Cinema 4D, it made them a little bit more friendly to import them into Unreal. Now, it's a couple years later and we're recording an update because we've got Cinema 4D R19, and that plugin is no longer available. So, I'm going to show you an alternate workflow that we can use to get our geometry that's animated out of Cinema 4D into Unreal. And following this there will be the old video where we use this other plugin, but you can basically just replace that process with the new process we're going to show you. Alright, so what I'm going to do here, I've got our scene, I'm going to delete out everything except this turbine one.
