The workflow of designing a component

- Every day designers, engineers, and product managers roll up their sleeves, put on their thinking caps to plan, design, and build components. But what does it look like? What would make this process better? In this episode we're going to look at the workflow of designing a component. We'll look at creating alignment between your product partners, creating a clear understanding of the process that needs to go in to the execute a new component, edit an exiting one, and co-create a balanced outlook on what's expected from each player on the entire team to make this process a success. Let's first call out the most obvious, but not so obvious item that we need to put on the table. The fact that there are probably 50 ways a team could build a component and ship a new line of code.
