RT GPU improvements

- [Instructor] As with all of Chaos Group's V-Ray updates in recent years, quite a chunk of the new and improved features added to the 3.4 to 3.6 batch have been focused around the RT Engine. In fact, not only did we get features that continue to bring RT more in line with the feature set of the production engine or V-Ray Advanced as it should more accurately be called but we're also starting to see features that take advantage of RT's unique architecture and so, find ourselves begin given options that aren't even available in the Advanced Engine. In particular, starting with version 3.6, RTGPU can now perform hybrid rendering meaning the CUDA Engine is able to utilize both CPU and any NVIDIA GPUs that we may have in our machine. Indeed, V-Ray can now execute CUDA source code on the CPU as though the CPU were simply another CUDA computing device. This hybrid mode doesn't require any special drivers and we can even use the CPU as a CUDA device if we don't have any NVIDIA GPU or NVIDIA…
