- In this movie we're going to talk about filming 360 content, but then producing HD material or material for social media. So let's just talk about that anything that you film that's 360. Essentially you can take it into some post production software and then choose what you'd like out of that frame which is your sphere. So essentially you're filming all around you then in post you bring it into a timeline that happens to be 1080 or 1920 by 1080. You bring in that 360 content and then you reorient the position of what you want someone to look at simply export that file. Now why I have the Insta 360 Pro One X in front of me is this is an incredibly versatile camera for filming 360 content, but in particular filming 360 and then exporting out material for social media or HD content.
