Adding materials to the objects
- Okay, so now we're going to add some materials to what we've been making. So in the project panel, in just a blank project, I'm going to double click. I'm going to import Candles with Mats. So I went through and I kind of polished up our candles a little bit. Made this mesh a little bit, where I was a little bit happier with the results. And I also added a material that we're going to use. So Candles with Mats, go ahead and open that up. And then again, we're going to press command e or control e to edit original. Same thing as this command edit edit original. Just using the keyboard shortcut there. That will launch Cinema 4D light or Cinema 4D, if you have Cinema 4D. Now this file has saved when I was doing some work on the points. Another is one of the components of this mesh of the geometry. And I want to now not do that. I just want to adjust the whole object as a whole. So I want to go back here to this little square, which is model mode. And so then we can just adjust the…
