- It seems that with each version of PowerPoint, Microsoft completely rewrites the rules and moves the buttons. And that's pretty much true for all Office apps, but PowerPoint 2013 was a huge change in how video worked. So if you're using an older version of PowerPoint, some of the things we're going to show you here may not necessarily work. So we're going to focus on 2013 and newer so you know how to get the results using the current versions. - Yeah, and I'm using the current version I have in Office 365 subscription. I just downloaded it from the Microsoft website, so I am on the latest and greatest. There's one thing before we begin.
