- Now in our previous example, you saw a very interesting way of targeting one color and shifting it. What you might've been thinking is, is well sure that's great in a limited example where, you've got a red truck and you want to make it green, but what about another color? Well see the thing here is, we can make those two colors so different that we can compare the images together. And this actually generates a matte that matte can be used to cut a hole, and that hole means that we can assign any color we want to the truck. Let me show you. In this after effects project, we have both rendered out clips from Photoshop, the red truck and the green truck. Go ahead and select those and drag them onto the new comp icon.
