- Now that you understand the technology, it's important to understand the limitations. And one of the biggest ones, is determining the best time to shoot. Typically the best time to shoot virtual tours, is actually during the day. Simply because these 360 cameras, the tiny sensors on them are not very good yet, and usually you'll have to boost up the ISO, and have grainy images. - You may also want to shoot before a business opens. So you might have to adjust your shooting time to work around the schedule. This is usually fine for interiors, after all a retail environment at three in the morning and four in the afternoon often looks the same, as long as there's not a lot of windows. - Now if you can't get in after hours or before it opens, you want to consult with your client and ask them when's the least busiest time to shoot, because when you're shooting a virtual tour you don't want too many people in it. - So for example, don't try to shoot a restaurant during the middle of the…
