- Budgeting time and money is not important. It's super important. It doesn't have to be a super complicated system. For example, I keep two apps on my computer. One is running all the time and it keeps track of all the tasks that I do on all the websites and different applications. And I tend to review this report on a weekly basis or monthly basis and see how am I doing. And where is the time going? when I feel that I have a week that was not very productive, what happened during that week? The second application I use is project based. So I set up a very simple system of projects, and clients and tasks, and every time I start the task I turn the application on, and as soon as I stop, I stop the application. Why is this important? Because if I keep the track of every expense, even if they seem minor or it's just an extra cable, is just a hard drive, is just a memory card, is just an extra light, well they do add…
