Built-in tools for editing a screencast on a Mac

- Your Mac includes software for editing video. Now, there are lots of tools in the market, but let's start with working with one that's already included. On your computer, you'll find an application called iMovie. It should be located in your applications folder. iMovie works with a series of events, and also media. What you can do is go back to the project view here and give this a name. Let's call it Screencast 1 and click OK. You'll see that you get that project. If you need to, you can also create other new projects to hold things. Now, click to open up the project and then import media. I'll click the import button here and navigate to what we recorded earlier. I'm going to select the movie that we recorded using QuickTime Player and choose import selected. You see that the movie comes in. You can drag through to get familiar with your clip. When ready, just drag it into the timeline. You'll notice here in the…
