Capturing VR photos with an Insta360

- Let's start by taking a look at a 360 camera that has a lot of features, but it's easy to use. This is the Insta360 ONE X, and it's designed for both photo, and video capture as well as some special purposes. Now I've already attached the camera to a monopod. In this case I'm using the monopod, or the selfie stick that comes from the company, and it's going into a tripod. While you don't have to use their particular hardware, one benefit is that they've actually identified this color, this reflective black, and they're able to automatically remove it from the shot using a variety of in software stitching techniques. So if you stick with their hardware solution, it actually makes for less work later on. Now this particular camera's pretty straightforward. There's a lens on each side of the camera, and they have a little bit more than a 180 degree field of view. So when the two angles are stitched together, we get a smooth overall image.
