Creating a call sheet

- When you're transitioning from your pre-production work into production, the first thing you're going to need to do is put together that call sheet. You're going to make sure that it's got the names of all your crew and their contact cell phone numbers. You want to be sure that there's a point of contact at each location. Maybe two, if it's hard to get in. For example, you might want to make sure that there's not just the front desk person, but at least one other backup. You want to be sure your client's information is there in case you need to contact them for permission or some kind of information that's gotten lost. And you want to be sure that each person has a call time that's appropriate to their department and what gear they need to bring to the location.
