Do I really need to shoot 180 or 360?
- So let me ask you, "Why are you shooting 360 "or 180 videos in the first place?" To me, there are some experiences that are 360, but there's nothing really special about them that you couldn't accomplish with flat video. Which in some cases could be an easier work flow. Speaking of flat video, this actually happens to be a great reason to shoot 360. As filming 360 provides you with more creative tools not available to you if you're going to film in only one direction. Let's get back to why you might want to consider shooting 360 or 180 video. And one reason to me, is the idea of creating more empathy through a 360 experience. There are a ton of online content providers.
