Editing the VUE renders
- [Instructor] So as we looked at earlier in this series, VUE is a real foundational part of the visual effects for the finale sequence. But as I also mentioned, I am very new to VUE, and I kind of didn't know what was going on entirely. And so when I went to go render everything, I'm sure my settings were not completely right. To render just one single frame from VUE, like just this one image here, it took literally days to render. So it quickly became apparent to me that if I wanted camera moves, if I wanted motion in my shots, which I did in the finale sequence, then I would have to use a different method. So the compromise that I came up with, the workaround and workflow, is that I would render out a really high-quality still image, and usually that's about 4K. So as you can see that I'm here in Photoshop with the final render of the Golhatin scene. And I'm at 25%, so this is actually rendered in at much more than that.
