It goes without saying that engaging with your audience is very important. It helps not only to build a strong community, but also keeps your audience following you. So let's go over a few tips on how you can engage with your audience. First and most importantly is responding to comments. I already went over how quickly you should reply to comments, but it's worth touching on just exactly why replying to them is so important. Think of your audience like you would any of your friends. If you're always just talking about yourself and never asking how they're doing, they probably won't continue being your friend for very long. Communication should always be a two-way street.
