Fixing exposure

- When working with images, you'll often need to get the exposure right. We fix exposure which is the balance between the light and dark areas. First because it often impacts color, changing exposure can influence color, which is why it's necessary that you tackle it first. Let's go ahead here and open things up and I'll navigate to folder 2D called Exposure. There are three files inside, and I'd like you to open them up. Let's start with the one here called levels. Now, when you work with an image, there are many ways to go about fixing it. Instead of applying it directly to the image, I'm a fan of working nondestructively. Now you can choose image adjustments and make changes, but these are permanently applied when you save the file. On the other hand, if you're working in a format like TIF or Photoshop you can work nondestructively with adjustments. So I could click to apply levels here and I get the same controls.…
